Quigley Down Under!

 

I originally painted this one digitally several years back. I had an idea that I wanted to try, so I opened up the old file and turned off most of the layers leaving the toned canvas and the drawing. I sent that off to be printed on a stretched canvas to use as my base. Worked well enough but had a few quirks I need to work out. The canvas was overstretched, and you could see the indentations of the stretcher bars on the canvas, and it also printed much darker than anticipated. I admit I got lost a bit on this one and fell back into old habits that I still need to break.
